2. Age Requirements and Children
Masters of Mayhem is not available to users under 13.
We may ask for your date of birth or age-related information before allowing you to access or play the game.
If you indicate that you are under 13, you will not be permitted to create an account, access, or play Masters of Mayhem.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information unless retention is required or permitted by law.

We create an internal Super Studios account or user ID for the game via Convex. This internal account maps or links to your Steam ID and may allow us to support other account links or platforms in the future.
C. Gameplay and Telemetry Data
We may collect gameplay and telemetry data, including:
- gameplay events and actions;
- progression;
- achievements;
- battle pass or reward progress;
- match, lobby, or session information;
- game settings;
- performance data;
- feature usage;
- error and debugging information;
- approximate location or region derived from IP address.
Gameplay telemetry may be associated with your Steam ID or internal user ID. IP address information may be collected separately for telemetry, security, analytics, or regional analysis.
D. Chat, Voice, and Community Data
The Services may include text chat, voice chat, Discord, and other community features.
For text chat, we may collect and store:
- Steam ID or internal user ID;
- Steam display name;
- message contents;
- lobby, match, or session information;
- timestamps;
- moderation or report information.
We use this information for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, enforcement, support, and improving the Services.
Voice chat is currently transmitted through Odin. We do not currently record or store voice communications. Odin may process voice communications and related technical information to transmit voice chat. We may update our use of voice moderation or safety tools in the future, including AI-assisted tools, if needed for safety or moderation.
E. Reports and Moderation Data
If you report another user, are reported by another user, or are involved in moderation activity, we may collect:
- reporting user information;
- reported user information;
- report reason;
- related chat messages or gameplay context;
- timestamps;
- lobby, match, or session information;
- moderation notes;

- moderation and ban records: for the duration of the enforcement action and a reasonable audit period;
- support tickets: up to 24 months, unless needed longer for legal, safety, or support reasons;
- account data: for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, unless deletion is requested and legally required.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the reason we collected it, legal requirements, technical constraints, backups, security needs, and dispute resolution needs.
